You must agree to the updated version of this Agreement to be able to continue to use Snap Camera. An upgrade may be accompanied by an updated version of this Agreement. This Agreement will govern any upgrades, modifications, or updates to Snap Camera provided by Snap to You. This Agreement is effective as of the date You download, install, access, or use Snap Camera (the “ Effective Date”).B.

NO OTHER RIGHTS ARE PROVIDED AND SNAP EXPRESSLY RESERVES ALL RIGHTS NOT GRANTED IN THIS AGREEMENT. NO OTHER USE OR REDISTRIBUTION OF SNAP CAMERA IS ALLOWED. Subject to Your ongoing compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Snap grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use in the Territory a reasonable number of copies of Snap Camera on desktop or laptop computers owned or controlled by You in accordance with any technical or other specifications detailed in the Documentation and as permitted under this Agreement. If You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor that wants to download and use Snap Camera, You accept this Agreement on the minor’s behalf and are responsible for all use of Snap Camera and any Lenses.2. If You want to use Snap Camera and are under the age of majority, You must have Your parents’ or legal guardian's valid permission. You affirm that You are at least the age of “majority” where You live and are competent and authorized to agree to and abide by this Agreement.

You are responsible for (i) Your use of any third party software, apps, or other tools not provided by Snap (collectively, “ Third Party Tools”), (ii) any content or materials (including computer generated video, graphics, elements, or sounds) that You use or create with Snap Camera (collectively, “ Your Content”) and (iii) ensuring that You have all necessary licenses and rights to use such Third Party Tools and Your Content and that Your use of such Third Party Tools and Your Content is in compliance with this Agreement and any applicable third party terms and conditions between you and such third party.B. Nothing contained herein will be construed as the transfer, sale, or offer for sale of Snap Camera, or any portion thereof, to You.A. The foregoing rights will not apply to any equipment, software, or documentation from third parties included in or used with Snap Camera (“ Third Party Materials”), which will remain the property of the respective third party. Title, ownership rights, and Intellectual Property Rights in and to Snap Camera remain in (as applicable) Snap and its affiliates. Snap Camera is licensed, not sold, under this Agreement. You agree that in using Snap Camera, You will at all times comply with: (i) the terms of this Agreement (ii) all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations and (iii) the Snap Terms of Service and any other standards and guidelines made available by Snap from time to time (collectively, the “ Guidelines”).B.
Snap may make available to you via Snap Camera content created, uploaded, posted, sent, received, stored, or otherwise provided by Snap users or by other third-parties (“ Third Party Content”).
